1:1 peer support
One-on-ones (1:1) are dedicated space and time for you. Whether you have questions about your writing, need feedback on an idea, or want to carve out space for guided writing or breathing, 1:1 is the space for just that.
Peer Support: An opportunity for a 1:1 supportive Zoom call. It's a space for your questions, reflection, brainstorming, and processing. These are not therapy or a medical intervention. You are welcome to discuss mental health, healing, spirituality, queerness, art making, writing and more.
Breathwork Sessions: In a 1:1 breathwork session, you are invited to embark on a personalized transformative journey through the power of conscious breathing.
