A monthly online semi-facilitated writing workshop for adults who wanna lean into self-expression.

Starts promptly at 7:30pm. End time depends on participant number. (We won’t be going for hours on end lol).

Workshop will include grounding through breathing, prompts, time to write together, a portion to share (if you’d like) and receive feedback (if you’d like).

Workshop is free to ensure accessibility. Suggested donation is $10.
